Strings Play At Noon: Hosted by the Historic Gold Hill and Mines Foundation, Inc. All day event held in Gold Hill Mines Historic Park. Founders Day Parade, Arts/Crafts, Heritage Living Exhibits, Gold Panning, Civil War Living History Encampment and Skirmish. All Day Entertainment at the Amphitheater hosted by the North Carolina Bluegrass Association
